Job Description
• Participate in the design, development, implementation and support of HR Software Solutions to meet business needs.
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
• Responsibility to create, maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
• Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Have experiences 1-3 years in Application Support, Software Development, System Analyses, or System design.
• Can use SQL server
• Experienced in using HR applications is an advantage.
