Job Description
• Develop the technical design and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 and services within the technology scope of position
• Support the configuration, implementation, and migration of on-premise and cloud email services to Microsoft 365
• Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365
• Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Computer engineering, Computer science, Information technology, or related field.
