Job Description
- Run end-to-end platform sales processfor B2B clients from approaching, Presenting , following up, Closing deails and then engage customers to enhance their life-time values.
- Set segmentation by customer industries, characteristics, size, purchasing power, etc. then target the right one to approach.
- Fully understand platform features in order to provide the right solutions to clients.
- Approach to the targeted customers by phone or email introduction to set an appointment for sales pitching session.
- Run sales pitching session including company credential, solution, product demo, pricing model, and Q&A.
- Manage and update sales pipeline and generate new opportunities with new leads continuously.
- Understand the price model and can exercise in negotiation process with customers.
- Handle all sales documentations such as pitch deck, proposal, quotation, contract, and others as required.
- Collaborate with internal team; product, technical, QA, to present and deliver our solutions to the target market.
- Improve sales process to make it more effective continuously.
- Work with team to hit the sales target and also expand our market share, strengthen our customer base, and grow our business strongly.
- Understand technology landscape, industry insight, customer needs, and what's going on today and tomorrow.
Qualification
- Good interpersonal skill and service mind, passion on selling, able to effectively communicate on phone
- Having the high skills in office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.
- Having good presentation and business negotiation skills
- Be able to make a cold call and appointment customer is as must
- Self-driven, result oriented person and be able to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment
- Energetic and passionate in delivering technology platform to improve customer’s life
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact
