Job Description
• Manage and Control project cost, resource and schedule of SAP HR/ HRIS or ERP project implementation
• Prepare project management documents such as Project Plan, Project Meeting Document, Kick off meeting, Project Progress Report, Minute of meeting, Deliverable sign off and so on
• Arrange the necessary project meeting such as Steering Committee meeting, Progress meeting, Internal Project Meeting
• Coordinate and Work with the customer project manager and member to get successfully implementation
• Be a mentor for project member including consultants, technician and support to submit the quality project deliverable on-time and coach them if needed.
• Manage for billing process to the customer following the project mile-stones
• Establish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, quick deployment and adequate training
• Maintain working knowledge of the software application including all revisions
• Update on new products, business trends and customers requirement needs
• Be a mentor and train consultants for product knowledge and implementation methodology
• Presale support for SAP HR/ HRIS or ERP product presentation and demonstration
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRIS, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information System, Accounting Information System or related fields
• At least 5 years experiences in implementing SAP HR Software/ HRIS or ERP Business Consulting
• Willing to travel up country or abroad when required
• Have HR or ERP project management experiences will be advantage.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
